healthy drink ideas
General HealthHere are a few ideas for good healthy drinks.
Mt. Capra Mineral Whey ( available on line or at your local health food store)
Bone Broth ( again available on line or at a local health food store. they have this in various flavors and some with tumeric)
I mix 1-2 teaspoons of each of the above in a mug and add hot water. You can add a teaspoon or more of coconut oil and I often add 1/4 cup of chocolate almond milk. These are great protein and mineral sources as well as the benefits of coconut oil.
Juicing...
1 pineapple cut/peeled for juicing
4-5 apples washed and cut for juicing
1 thumb of ginger peeled for juicing
Juice together for a refreshing and healthy juice.
Like coconut milk and pineapple?
Try this idea: 1 can of unsweetened coconut milk
2-3 cups of frozen pineapple bits ( I wait for pineapple to be on sale, buyer extras and cut up and freeze)
Blend and add a little sweetner if desired. Agave, honey, xylitol or whatever you like. Great drink in the summer.
